What are your delivery charges?

We charge Pkr 300 for delivery in Karachi and Rs350 out of Karachi

Shipping takes 8-11 working days. International orders 15 working days

We only return or exchange items that are different from size ordered or has any kind of quality defect within 7days of purchase after 7days we will be unable to offer refund or exchange. For detailed info

When is my order confirmed?

Our representative will contact within 48hrs via whatsapp text message/email  for order confirmation.

We request customers for 10% advance payment for orders above Pkr 10,000 in 24 hours with proof of payment through Whatsapp/email/Instagram/Facebook.

Yes, we do. For international orders, you are supposed to ask for shipping charges through Instagram or Whatsapp

Yes, you can modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to make any changes or cancellations. After 24 hours, orders are typically processed and may not be eligible for changes.

If a paid order is canceled prior to delivery for any reason on the customer’s request we offer the amount to be issued in the form of an e-store coupon which can be used online anytime up to 3 months.Â
