Is there any advance payment policy?
We request customers for 50% advance payment for orders above Pkr 10,000 in 24 hours with proof of payment through Whatsapp/email/Instagram/Facebook.
Do you ship internationally? 
Yes, we do. For international orders, you are supposed to ask for shipping charges through Instagram or Whatsapp
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? 
Yes, you can modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to make any changes or cancellations. After 24 hours, orders are typically processed and may not be eligible for changes.
Can I exchange my order?
Orders can be exchange if the article(s) delivered to you was damaged or incorrect or size issue. Unfortunately we do not offer Article(s) Exchange or Return unless there is an issue in the order mentioned above. You can go through our Return and exchange policy:

How long does it take for home delivery?
We use Royal mail and DHL to send most of our UK orders.Euro Car Parts reserves the right to use discretion in any circumstance where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.
What is your cancellation policy?
For online orders, customers must email us at info@zarks.pk within 2 hours of order placement to request a cancellation. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.
How long does delivery take?
Our Average Delivery time is 4-5 working days. On rare occasions, such as the holiday season and special sales, delays in processing may occur
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered if the outfit received is damaged. An open parcel video is required for verification.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your refund request is approved, it may take up to 15 working days to process.
Can I exchange my outfit?
  • Yes, exchanges are possible only if:
  • The outfit is damaged, or
  • The same size is available in stock.
What is the time limit to request an exchange?
You must inform our customer representative within 24 hours of receiving the outfit.
Is an open parcel video required?
Yes. A full open parcel video (recorded before opening the package) is mandatory for any refund or exchange.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 1–5 hours of placing it.
Can I get a refund for a prepaid order?
Refunds for prepaid orders are only possible if you request cancellation within 1–5 hours of placing the order.
Can I cancel a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) order?
Yes, COD orders can be cancelled if you inform us within 1–5 hours of placing the order.
Can I request a refund or exchange without a parcel opening video?
No. Without a proper open parcel video, we cannot process any claims.
What if the size is not available for an exchange?
If the required size is unavailable, the exchange cannot be processed as per policy.
